July 11 Aged Wine U: Chard Summer School & Lunch

The mice will play while the boss is away! Asst Winemaker Lucas Ehrhard takes over Jim's Aged Wine U with Chardonnay Summer School. This alfresco, interactive, sit-down tasting of J.K. Carriere's Chardonnays will explore the nuances of aged and newer vintages, the influence of wine vessel, and a comparison of vineyards. We'll conclude with a French picnic style lunch.
